Glad it worked. My advice - you know, since you asked ;-) - get as much sleep as possible now! Try to leave the US as well rested as possible. People always say to get as much sleep as you can before you have your baby...well, for me, adoption was like 20x the sleep deprivation as having a baby. Seriously, for me, having a baby is like the perfect vacation compared to coming back from Korea. The jet Lag coming back (with 2 kids who also have jet lag plus a new baby - or 3 kids and 2 babies in your case) is no joke! It is HARD! It was like I was living under a cloud for almost a month. You never know, it maybe be easy for you (and right now I'm praying for it to be REALLY easy).
unisom is a great option too- no "other" medicine in it-just a great sleep aid that's not habit forming...had a pharmacist in my church recommend it when I was having some sleeping problems.
Glad you slept! you need to be getting your sleep and getting rested...because i'm thinking it's going to come to a screeching halt in the near future when everything changes again!!! :)

try 1 benadryl instead.
non-habit forming and you don't wake up feeling groggy.

I love Tylenol pm. I don't take it often but if I really need to sleep, it works like a charm! :-). Glad you got some sleep!
