even though it's not my favorite holiday...it IS a fun day full of excitement and sugar! :-)
pat totally surprised me and handed me this bowl of love notes this morning right before he left for work.
my instructions were to open one each hour from 8 am until 8 pm.
it was the PERFECT valentine's day gift!
it was so special to feel so loved and appreciated ALL DAY LONG!
he did good! :-)

we did make it outside.
it was nice to be out...except for the 40 mile per hour winds :-)
the kids made us the CUTEST poster and gifts for valentine's day. they love to give us gifts. it is so precious.
once the kids were in bed, pat and i looked at each other, said about 3 words, prayed and had nothing left.
these days are exhausting.
is it only monday??? :-)

isn't it funny how it was a 'holiday' and yet such a 'normal' day?
the wind was brutal but it WAS warm! yipee!

um - yeah. it was 62 here, but CRAZY windy which made it feel a LOT colder! they are saying UPPER 60s on thurs/fri -YESSSSSSSS!
