the anticipation of the impending storm made today so fun! the snow started around 3 pm...there was even thunder - weird!
::lunch in our fort::
we had a great day.it would have been perfect if pat would have come home before it all started.
he didn't.
and he's stuck at work.
he tried to leave around 7 pm. sat outside his office for an hour and went back in.
not sure WHEN he'll get home...
i'm TIRED from all this fun!
{anyone watch that new show - "off the map"?? i watched 1 episode - saw it advertised and dvr'd the first episode and liked it...maybe i'll stay up and watch it if i can stay awake and if pat is still not home...i won't be able to sleep anyways!}
{sawyer did NOT like the pouring, blowing snow in his face. can you tell how concerned he is??}

i am jealous of your snow day!! we haven't had one yet here! but we are tough and they wait until there is actually lots of snow on the ground before cancelling! ;-) have fun and REST and hope that pat gets home soon!
we have a delay tomorrow and not nearly as much snow as you guys. anything could happen. so sorry Pat is not home!
I want Thundersnow!!
Hope Pat is able to make it home safely soon! And then hoping that he will get stuck at home! :)
I caught just a few minutes of that show and did think it looked really good. But I told myself I didn't need to get hooked on a new show!
Enjoy your days together!

Courtney,
Last night I made the crock pot chicken recipe you posted recently. Yum. Perfect. We had 9 guests for dinner!
Oh, by the way, is it cold there? 78 degrees for the high today!
