{after some certain kids complained when i asked them to clean up their stuff after playing outside for 2 hours on monday afternoon, i snapped and told them there would be "no playing. only working tomorrow! you don't appreciate that i work all the time around here! i should not be the only one working! there will be NO playing tomorrow. only working!" and i YELLED it. i NEVER yell. i do plenty of ugly things that i shouldn't...but i'm just not a yeller. when i do, it REALLY gets their attention. i apologized. for yelling. but not what i said.}

Wow, I am SO interested in the fact that you never yell! How do you do that? What do you do that's not good then? Ha. I can't think of much of anything else that's bad. ☺
i'm impressed that you kept them focused on cleaning the whole day and not playing. amazing.
