i thought i could get away with not running today...the snow/ice is so high and it was going to be so hard to try to get a long run in. so i decided not to. my body will be fine...i'm finally to a place that i don't feel like i HAVE to run to keep up my fitness. but my attitude...not so much! lesson learned! I NEED TO RUN! {and it's too late now...if i don't run first thing, i don't run}

i'm with you ...if i don't run first thing in the morning, i don't do it at all...and then i want to shoot myself for the rest of the day!!
oh....my boys will be THRILLED to hear joshua's working on star wars legos - we LOVE us some star wars legos around here! :)
