valentine's day idea!

first of all, i can not take any credit for this idea...copied it straight from her blog.

loved this idea!
and actually carried it out thanks to chicken pox week :-)
go to her blog for the real instructions...here are the pictures to show how i carried it out!

trace 14 circles out of felt for each child you want to do this for

cut them out (duh!)

i made ones for pat (shhh! he doesn't know! i'm counting on him not reading down this far in this post...since it's "crafty!"), rebekah, joshua and bailey

hot glue florist wire down the middle of each circle
i skipped the next step that andrea did...i didn't care if i could see the wire a little bit...
{i have NO patience for tedious stuff like that!}

type up, print out and cut into strips 14 different things for each person

fold it into the "fortune" cookie!

everyone gets to open one fortune cookie every day from Feb 1 through Feb 14~
and we're having stir-fry on Monday night (the first night) to go with the theme :-)

super cheap and pretty easy!
