cinderella

our outing to see cinderella this past saturday was not what i had envisioned.
bailey was awful.
she later told me she didn't like the "yelling lady" (the stepmother) and it was too long.

by the time cinderella made her appearance at the ball, i was hardly paying attention to anything besides holding bailey still on my lap,

and i didn't think she was paying attention either.

until yesterday.
every time she entered a room she said in this very reverent sort of voice,
"here comes cinderella!"
and she would enter the room ohsoslowly and gracefully...

i forgot to post these pictures from last week at ballet.
they got to try their costumes on (for the recital in JUNE!)
and here she is showing it to her friend, grace (that i watch on Thursdays)

don't you worry...there will be many more of her in this sweet outfit in june :-)
