a new way to get my heart rate up in the middle of my swimming workout at the gym.
get out of the pool.
put my sweaty running pants on over my dripping wet swimsuit.
run out to the car in 20 degree weather (no socks or shoes! couldn't feel my feet by the time i got back in) to get a diaper and wipes.
change a cute poopy baby.
run and get back in the pool to finish my workout.
that should burn a few extra calories, right??
CRAZY day {week!!!}...be back after ballet and ladies' Christmas brunch and hopefully a teeny nap...
not losing sight of it though...the reason...His birth...the awe of my children during this season...His hand in the crazy moments and the small, precious moments...He is close and i am thankful...
