thanksgiving

i LOVE Thanksgiving.
i've always liked it.
but i love it more and more with each year.

i don't LOVE the food
{i'd rather a cheeseburger and french fries...or guacamole...or ice cream:-)}

but i love everything else!

enjoy pictures of our day.
we were at my parents' house...with my mom's side of the family {minus the ones that live in CA! we MISSED you!}

{we play it most years...Mr. Wright...too complicated to explain...but it's such a fun tradition!}

AND...the women exchange ornaments near the end of the day.
SUCH a fun tradition.
one of my favorites!
we always go into "the other room"...and exchange our ornaments.
it's so fun to come home with a handful of new ornaments to put on our tree!!!

it was a GREAT day!
so enjoyed all the company...time to just sit and talk to people i love...{and, ok. some of the food was good! :-)}
