just trying to listen to Him...and keep on keeping on.

and this little boy is very trying these days.
cranky.
demanding.
into everything.
i think he takes a lot of my joy {and everyone else's!} away a lot of the day.
and that's frustrating.
not frustrating that he's being a 16 month old.
but frustrating that i let him take the joy away.
{and his smile when i get him from his bed erases all the frustration in a millisecond...}
looking forward to a 5 day weekend with my 4 kids!
thanksgiving - possibly the BEST holiday! all the good parts (food, family, being together) without all the "bad" parts (gifts, materialism, stress...)
then decorating for christmas.
getting our tree.
and possibly a surprise day for the kids - it's going to depend on the weather!

Beautiful pictures! Loved your words - about letting him take your joy when he is cranky - about Thanksgiving. You're doing another surprise day for your kids!? Wow! I'll say it again, it's good to be a Cassada kid! Enjoy!
