and, MAN, it's gotten COLD!
we had coats on and were still cold!

we've been spoiled with awesome weather for a LONG time!
i'm kind of sad.
but it makes me want to make yummy things like pumpkin muffins...which is great except for my waist line :-)
my mom met us at the bridge and we got to spend the rest of the morning and lunch with her!
feeling blessed to do "simple" things like walk around a bridge for an hour with my children and my mom.
may i never take the simple things for granted.

what great pictures from such a simple thing - a walk around a bridge. i will admit that the first thing i thought of was "LOOK at their big winter coats on"! I can't believe it!! it was dreary and rainy here today too - yuck! and i'm trying to patiently wait for pumpkin to go on sale to start making the batches...remember that it's a vegetable at least! (and i've started making them with half sugar and half splenda...there's no need for 3 c. of sugar in anything!!)
i love the simple things...like those walks... I love taking pictures too...maybe more so, lol. I just love capturing those moments on film :)
*sigh* i love loving the simple things. was just thinking how much i'd rather be walking around the bridge with your family than sitting at my desk on a rainy cold day. *sigh*
ohhhh pumpkin muffins...remember the birthday celebration surprise??? I think that's the last time I had pumpkin muffins...that's just wrong :)
