the party

rebekah spent her entire quiet time yesterday making signs.
she hung them all over the house.

the girls

we had a full house!
almost everyone was able to make it.
my brother, steve, was playing in a show so he couldn't make it {and we were sad to miss that awesome show, steve!}
but everyone else was here.
it was very special to have so many special people here with us to celebrate!!!

granddad explaining that the author signed the book they gave rebekah!

she was precious.
very appreciative for all she was getting.

ayden and sawyer...on the MOVE!

she was a bit in awe of all that was going on.

she {of course} got a couple tu-tu's :-)

rebekah really wanted this battery-powered toothbrush from aunt steph.
she asked for it.
and was SO excited to get it.
{i think the other kids were a bit confused about why she was so excited}

ok.
i'm a bit of a spaz here.
but my mom gave Rebekah the first Nancy Drew book!
with the original illustration on the cover and everything!!!
i LOVED those books!

me and my girls {Bailey is completely "anti-pictures" these days. you have to catch her candid. she refuses to pose}

my parents with all their grandkids {notice bailey...counting flower petals or something...}

"happy birthday to you..."

"happy birthday, dear rebekah..."

"happy birthday, dear bailey..."

what a special night for these 2 girls!

thanks, everyone, for making it such a fun night!
