{especially when you need to be cleaning out the car to pack it for vacation! and you want the kids out of the way!}
draw a stove/sink/whatever on the driveway with chalk.
bring out dishes and dish soap.
turn on the hose.
let them at it!
it occupied all 4 of them for a good hour!
a little dish soap never hurt anyone, right??
and to think i wasn't planning on changing him before we went to VBS! :-)

he is TROUBLE!
