lest you think i've got it all together...

this is our menu for dinner this week:

Sunday night {Father's day!}: yogurt, toast and fruit
we had a HUGE lunch, Pat was sick, and i was in a "mood", and we had Pat's special Father's day dinner on Saturday night knowing we'd have a big lunch on Sunday and wouldn't be that hungry
Monday: waffles and scrambled eggs
Tuesday: fried eggs and strawberries
Wednesday: whatever is at the swim meet (you know, hot dogs, pizza, laffy taffy...) - we have to be there from 4-9 pm for our volunteer slots...
Thursday: Macaroni and cheese with crumbled sausage in it (it's a new "hit"... i have an easy crowd!)
Friday: homemade pizza (we are having company)

this is partly because i'm not "into" making dinner these days, partly because it's just hot, and partly because it's the end of the month and there's not much money left for groceries...

Sounds great, my kids love breakfast for dinner they ask for it all the time and it's an easy meal. At least you have a plan even for the week.
