we LOVE tacos.
one of our favorite meals...everyone eats WELL and a lot.
i have to make 2 pounds of beef now! crazy!
tonight we had taco salad...instead of tacos.
and i made guacamole.
i set out bowls of lettuce and then all the other toppings - they got to pick what went on theirs
(just meat and cheese and tortilla chips for joshua and bailey...rebekah also had tomatoes and guacamole! i didn't like guacamole til...um...6 months ago?)
sorry, the first bowl looks kind of sad...with just lettuce. it was pat's waiting for him to get home. don't worry, no one ate JUST lettuce :-)

We do Taco Tuesday every week and do the same thing. I'm afraid we are approaching 3 lbs of meat in not too long. There is never any leftovers...
we love mexican!!! that look SO yummy! i too only started liking guacamole not too long ago. i still really only LOVE it if i make it myself but i've been missing out all these years! :)
love mexican over here too - taco salad was always a big hit for us. I'm feeling like a "big" family these days too - having to double up recipes, making 2 lbs of meat for things, etc. totally there with you!
