oh he is so adorable!! i love him in that little hat. don't you just love the hats that they have for little babies! I am such a hat fanatic! and what is that neato very old looking in the background? it looks really historic or something. i really miss that about VA...all of the neato history there etc... looks like you guys had a fun day outside today. i am jealous...way too cold, windy, and icy here!
