good

i'm good.
thanks to His goodness and grace, He's helped me walk through my "funk" (which really was just a very selfish, prideful, sinful few days) and i'm on the other side.
and thanks to YOU for letting me know i'm not alone.
my perspective is back on track.
my heartrate is back to normal.
had some good connections with a few friends yesterday that did my heart more good than i probably realize.
a smile is on my face and in my heart.
another lesson learned. that hopefully won't be so tough the next time (cause there's always a next time.)
and i'm moving on.
