fun exercise routine!!!


ready?
this is SO fun!!! (thanks, Remi!)

get a deck of cards (including the jokers)
flip the first 4 over and lay them in a row.
assign the 4 suits to these 4 exercises:
situps - hearts
lunges - diamonds
pushups - clubs
squats - spades

then do the number on the card of THAT exercise.

so, if i was doing the ones in the picture above, i would do:
12 situps, then 5 pushups, then 2 squats, then 3 pushups.
then you stack those up and flip the next 4 over til you get through the whole deck.
when you flip a joker over, you do 20 of EACH exercise.

by the end of the deck you end up doing equal amount of each exercise.
it just makes it a little fun not knowing what you'll be doing and switching it up all the time.
(i do girl pushups - i'm such a wimp)
and you can also do either forward or side lunges.
and either normal or wide squats.
just to work some different muscles.

(warning: your chest will be SORE the next morning if you don't do pushups on a regular basis...)

Any chance of pulling all deuces?????

I have a Canon 20D and really love it. My best friend has the Nikon D70 and she loves hers. I could not tell you the differences between the two. My suggestion is to rent both and than pick on the one that is easier for you to use. They both do a lot of the same features it just uses different buttons.
