can i tell you HOW excited i was to get that sentence in my "inbox" today?? i've been going through a pretty long process to get qualified to donate milk...and it's done! (cassie, you will appreciate it)
basically, i give milk that my body just makes and this project gives it to babies that would maybe die without it! they do all the "work" for you - do a blood test, DNA test, send you materials, provide the packaging to mail the milk (well, i guess i do "some" of the work :-)) but they do the administrative stuff. AWESOME!!!

yes courtney! i remember being so excited about that email, too!! and i'm about ready to send in my final shipment. i really is amazing what these women do to coordinate everything. a great organization!! happy pumping!! :)

i thought about doing this when i was nursing my first two and thought of it recently when planning for baby boy's birth. thanks for sharing the link. i'll check it out.
