overall, it's been a very good 3 days on my own with my 4 kids. but, i realized today, that's it because all i've had to be is a mom. i haven't been able to exercise, i haven't had to cook, i haven't had to clean, i haven't even done laundry since Tues (it's overflowing..i'm just ignoring it). i literally have JUST had to be a mom. doing puzzles, playing trains, painting, playing in the hose. and it's been fun and enjoyable. i'll have to get back to reality eventually, i know. but this has been great.

And that's EXACTLY what you should be doing - JUST being a mom to your kids. Not the cook, the maid, the organizer, the runner - just a mom! That's the most important anyways! :) And you're SO good at it!
