girls' birthday party!!!

the girls' birthdays are a week apart (Rebekah - Aug 31, Bailey - Sept 5). we normally do a "joint" family birthday party since they are so close together.

it was supposed to be this past weekend...but got rescheduled for tonight.

it was so fun.

playing frisbee in the yard waiting for the party guests to arrive!

my 7 year old!

my 3 year old!

the birthday girls!

she was TOO cute tonight...

kind of in awe of everyone singing to HER!

just blew the candles out!

my sister caught this one - bailey's new dog giving me a kiss

me and my girls

bailey's special gifts were her new baby (that cries and sounds like Sawyer...) and a Snow White dress!

Rebekah got SKATES!

me and my sister, Hannah. i just love her.

the girls are so loved. i didn't do a great job taking pictures. but it was a special night. great weather, special family (and YUMMY cake!)

Courtney, can I just say you look BEAUTIFUL... amazing... and so full of life. So, remember when your kids are stressing you... look at that sweet picture of you and your girls and remember how precious they "can" be :) I love that picture of you and the girls...

okay, sidenote, how did you make the cake... it is so cute.... I get the circle cake for the middle, but the flower pedals... those seem perfect circles too... let me know :)

the party looks like so much fun! let me know how much you love the baby that cries like sawyer...:) hee hee! you are awesome to plan (and replan) a party for them right after having a baby. we are having the girls' combined friend party this friday afternoon. for many reasons but then it will be "done" before the baby comes (an i am not really "into" b-day parties that much) and we will just have the family one. i meant to comment on your blog about bailey following you...when i first read it, i thought you were writing about my paige! that is sooooo her!! we too have never left her anywhere but she has major tears if I go downstairs without waiting for her or telling her. i love that she wants to be with me doing whatever i am doing but i am kind of nervous with the way that she is so stuck to me! anyway...i too am trying to enjoy it...even when i am trying to go to the bathroom by myself!!! :) hope that your day is going well. sorry that this is so long

Happy Birthday GIRLS, time is flying by too fast! They are getting bigger and more beautiful every day. Worth the wait for the birthday.

PS. We have the doll that sounds like a real baby, thank goodness for the off button on the back!
