well, apparently, there is NO stress on the baby. he/she is just fine in there. which is nice to know that everything is fine. but i was kind of hoping for some drama or something.
i'm sorry i've totally slacked on here. no pictures. not much "quality" posting. i've got nothing, people. nothing.
here's what's going on inside my head...
me telling (translated YELLING) God: "ok, i know i'm not in control and it's not MY plan, but Your's. i GET it. it can be over now." "ok, i've learned my patience. the baby can be born now." "WHY is this happening?? i don't GET it!"
there you have it. the deep thoughts of Courtney for this week.
i've totally failed all those around me, i'm sure, as a wife and mom and friend and daughter. thanks, everyone, for your patience and forgiveness. hopefully this will be over for ALL OF US real soon!

Oh my goodness what a doomsday attitude we have at the end of that post. I am equally sure that you have not in any way totally failed all those around you. Maybe failed in some small way, or in some area like letting crumbs pile up on your floors. But who cares really if you did? You readily forgive things in others, so if there is something to be forgiven, it can be their turn right now.
So suck it up for the next few days lady and get ready for a new miracle. One that God created especially for you. That He knows only you can care for and handle in just the right way to bring about His eternal plans. He is giving you this extra time of preparation for His reasons, so hang tight and roll with it. Find the strength to even savor it. Don't wince at the baby kicks...remember this is likely the last time in life that you will be carrying life, God's greatest miracle, inside of you. Also the last time you can eat a guilt free entire tub of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Send Pat out for some now. ;-)
