I do what I can as I go, but I always hate that there are items left to do after we eat (the pots the last hot food came out of, the serving dish....most of the time those are the same thing).
A little of both depending on how rushed I am. I try to clean as I go so I don't have as much of a mess. Bob always seems to be able to do this when he cooks. I'm just a little more lax about it...but I sure love when it is mostly all done after dinner.

Hmmmmmm, like mother like daughter....I clean while I am cooking! Can't wait to hear how the kale is?????? :)
i try to clean as i go. then when the meal is done the kitchen isn't too intimidating.
Mostly as I go...except on the BIG cooking day - and then only as utensils and dishes are needed...and it all gets cleaned up at the end...
Im a big time, "clean as you go" person. It drives my husband nuts. But I cant work in chaos.

i clean as I go, my kitchen is so small, I have to or I will have no room!
