maybe i look lonely. maybe i just stand out cause i'm huge. i don't know. but when we were grocery shopping this morning we got quite a few comments. these are the one i can remember...
an older lady to me about me: "you have very strong legs. (who says that?) when you get older you're not going to fall as much with those strong legs." well, now i'll sleep better at night knowing that. hilarious!
a lady to me about joshua and bailey: "i'm getting a kick out of your kids. (bailey was sitting in the cart just making up her own song at the top of her lungs...clapping and all). your son looks like a Norman Rockwell painting." cute comment!
an older lady to me about joshua and bailey...we had seen her both in WalMart and in Sams: "watching your kids has made my day." joshua and i had a sweet conversation about that after she walked away. how she probably doesn't get to see kids very often and you should always smile at people because you never know how much it's going to mean to them.
one of my "newer" prayers lately is to see Jesus and show Jesus to those around me. to really look at them. not just fly by trying to check things off my list. i pray we saw Jesus and showed Jesus this morning.

Don't you love it when your kids can brighten someone's day like that! What a great opportunity to teach them about being a blessing to someone else! And you go girl - with your strong legs and all! :)
