i feel so good when i wake up in the morning. walked a little over 3 miles...FAST...with my neighbor (she sets the pace!) and i'm ready to get the kids up, fed, dressed in the next few minutes to get Rebekah off to school. my mind and body feel energized. i just wish i could bottle it and feel this way at 4 this afternoon...it's so frustrating to me to have my body only last a few hours a day. then i'm just surviving for the rest of the hours.

That's okay- enjoy that part of the day that feels so good...and then acknowledge the fact that you've hit your limit at 4 or whenever it is...and STOP!! You'll be new and fresh again in the morning (unless you push too hard and for too long!)
