some random pictures from the last week...
bailey telling me a "story"
they wanted to walk up to school BY THEMSELVES. i drove along side them. yes, i'm going to be "that" mom.
and i'm sure there's so much more that i've missed to blog about this week because of my tantrum - the little things.
like how i was in the pool at the gym on Monday morning and the daycare lady came to get me because Bailey peed in her pants (what? she's been potty trained for 6 months!) i had to go out to the car in my bathing suit, dripping wet (i did put my sweaty running clothes over it) and get her new clothes. i got back in the pool and swam more....ended up swimming 1 1/2 miles that morning!
and how joshua told me the other night at dinner that i MADE him get sick because i had made him eat his dinner that night (the night he got sick). basically telling me that if i make him eat his dinner, he's going to get sick in the night. right now, i'm close to buying that story. i don't want to do ANYTHING to increase the chances of someone getting sick.
and how rebekah read the story before quiet time today to US! REALLY read it, not just from memory. she's been slow to "catch on" to reading. but it's really clicking and she's loving it. i hope she loves books as much as i do!
i'm sure i missed a lot more, but maybe you're thankful :-)

I am ASTOUNDED at how OLD Bailey looks in the those pictures - what in the world!!!! Interesting about Joshua's theory on being sick....
Don't worry...Clay pooped his pants twice on Monday and peed in them twice on Tuesday. After months of no accidents. I guess potty training is an ongoing sport. Or a way to get attention? Not sure. Glad you are feeling better!
Bailey looks so much better... sweet girl and what great weather! We are having good weather right now too... I am so thankful for it! Enjoy
