so i'll remember....
swimming: at 28 weeks, i have no problem swimming 3 times a week still - a mile each time. LOVE it. although the heater at the pool has been broken and it's down to 79 degrees...normally 85 degrees. makes me think twice about going. but i'm still toughing it out. (last time the lifeguard asked me if i had high or low blood pressure - they are concerned about that when the temp gets too low...hmm...)
running:
long runs--ran my last "long" run on saturday. 6 miles. it was great. it was one of those runs i'm going to always remember. i felt great - went at a nice slow pace. the weather was PERFECT. i had no "time constraints" to hurry back for or that made me wake up really early to go out and run. it was great. but i can't run the next 2 saturdays because we have stuff going on, so i decided that was my last long run. i just don't see myself being able to run 6 miles at 7 months pregnant!
normal runs--still running 4 miles 3 times a week. by myself. slowly. it feels good and i'd love to make it to 7 months.
walking:
i've started walking one morning a week - 3 miles. as i quit running, i'll walk more mornings.
there you have it. i'm not doing any of my aerobics tapes right now - partly because i don't have time - but mostly because we have a guest living in our basement and i don't want to bother him!

How great is it that you're able to be doing this - and so GREAT that you are listening to your body and replacing running with walking as you need to. The weather has been GORGEOUS so I'm sure you've been enjoying it. Although a cold swimming pool doesn't sound so fun!
i think that baby is going to come out doing jumping jacks :)
when do you do all of that?
you continually amaze me... you should do an exercise video for pregnant ladies!
