how come i can run 6 miles fine. swim 1 mile fine. yet i can't walk up the stairs without being able to catch my breath?? might have something to do with either always holding a 2 year old or a laundry basket full of clothes. still.
funny. I remember not being able to answer the phone once I got to it because I couldn't breath but I could push a double stroller, be pregnant with twins and power walk for 2 miles. there is something very twisted there!
Oh I just remembered. Your friend Veronica had asked me about where I got my race shirt that I bought after the marathon. I found the company's name and their website - it's onemoremile.net. Such fun shirts! :) If you can pass the info along to her, I'd appreciate it...thanks my running friend!

The ironies of life, right? Plus the running and swimming is (wierdly) fun and invigorating!!! Laundry is NOT!
