in the BEST way!PLEASE notice Joshua's stance as he's aiming that water gun at his dad...not more than 3 minutes after stepping foot into the pool area this morning. hysterical!
we spent the morning at the pool...in the lazy river. so much fun!
watching the beach from our balcony
after naps we walked to a nearby playground and just played. it's so nice just being together. and the weather was a bit chilly to be in swimsuits on the beach - but PERFECT to be outside playing!
went to dinner at Nascar...it was REALLY loud - not great for good conversation - but fun anyways.
then we went over to the "Speedpark" and rode some go-carts :-) i'm not sure who had more fun - Pat or the kids

it was a great day. even though we did some really fun things...i just love us all being together. my favorite moments were in the pool talking to joshua, walking to the playground without really having any schedule, and RIGHT NOW i'm in the lobby blogging (i can only get internet service in the lobby which kind of stinks) and Pat's upstairs giving the kids baths and putting them to bed. then we're going to watch a movie we rented....

I saw the title of "long day" and I thought "PLEASE let it be the BEST kind of long day!!!! I'm SO glad - you are having a great, full week with lots of unscheduled family time and lots of fun outings!!!
