i am beyond angry. i'm seeing red.
Rebekah had a very low fever (98.8) last night, didn't seem to feel well, still had a slight fever this morning. so, i took her in - just because i'm so terrified of the flu.
she has it! she has the flu AGAIN. the doctor wrote me prescriptions for all 3 kids so that when joshua and bailey get a fever, i can just go get the medicine.
i called my ob/gyn and asked for a prescription. when you're pregnant you can't have it. WHAT!?! i CAN NOT live through the flu again. i don't have it...yet. but, i mean, how will i avoid getting it?? i got off the phone and burst into tears. sobbed. i did ask her (i was talking to the nurse) to please ask the doctor if there's any way i can take it, i explained how i had just had it and basically said "i can't survive that again" - she's supposed to call me back. we'll see.
not to mention that pat is in the midst of the most stressful couple weeks at work. i need to be at my BEST so that i can support him. i can't be sick.
and the kids have gotten numerous spankings this morning - they are being horrible...truly. rebekah BIT joshua's cheek - is she 18 months old or 6 1/2 years old?? what the heck?? i don't care if you have the flu - that's no excuse to bite your brother!!! why is it that after a "fun" weekend, they think all the rules and expectations don't apply anymore?? i hate that.
we're all going to take a nap and hopefully stay healthy. please pray for our health.

Oh Courtney! Yes, rest assured you will have my prayers with you every day this week. Stay focused on Christ b/c He will carry you through this.
NOOOOOOOOOO!!! i will be praying for all of you guys. drink a ton of water, take lots of vitamin c, get lots of sleep...oh courtney, i hope you don't have to go thru that again! :( hang in there! love you!

Oh I can't believe it! Time to get the Lysol out and spray everything down including the kids! Wishful thinking. I hope you don't come down with it again. Take a deep breath, you can get through this. Let me know if I can do anything to help you out
Hang in there! I pray to God that she is the only to get it and that it will be short lived and PLEASE for you not to get it.
Oh no!!!!! I feel horrible for you because I know how badly round 2 can feel when you thought you had already paid the price when you went through round one. I cried last week when they told me I had it again...I really hope YOU don't get it and will be praying for you. I am finally, just today, getting around to cleaning and disinfecting everything...including throwing food out! Bob is still not 100 %. He has a horrible cough and still feels poorly. I will definitely pray for you all.
