yesterday rebekah and joshua got into "helping" me - they would go to my weekly chore list that i have for myself and do the next chore. they swept, cleaned the floor on their hands and knees, picked up, and dusted! it was so great :-) i just loved that they were thinking about someone other than themselves!
rebekah read this book to bailey - ACTUALLY read it. it was precious and i'm sure there will be many more moments like this. rebekah LOVES to read right now - it's exploding with her. we find her at night in her bed with a flashlight reading books. i LOVE it.
rebekah and joshua have been planning a "party" for us for days...made invitations for each of us, decorated rebekah's room, set up the tea party set and waited patiently until daddy got home earlier enough to do it. we had the party last night. it was adorable.
complete with a pinata...that they "whacked" (joshua's term) with a towel. i love the imagination! oh, and what was in the pinata?? lots of ribbons, of course! :-)

I LOVE it!! Love all those pictures...love how helpful and loving they were being to each other and to you...love Bailey's face as she listens to Rebekah read - I just love those kids of yours!
