sonogram

we had our 20 week sonogram today. i was very nervous...didn't sleep well last night. with all that happened at the beginning of this pregnancy, i was just uneasy. but, they said everything looked perfect! saw all the little fingers and toes, it's little heart beating...amazing! we didn't find out the gender (we never do) - so you'll have to wait! i told pat as we were leaving, "i'm ready to meet him or her now. i just want to hold that baby we just saw!" he looked at me like, "this is going to be a long 4 1/2 months..." yes, yes it is.
afterwards, pat and i went out to lunch. it was so nice. thanks for watching the kids, mom!

What a precious babie! I KNEW the sonogram was coming soon...I just asked you about it the other day...I'm so glad it went well. It's just the best being able to finally see that perfect baby on the screen. And I think I speak for the rest of us that we are thoroughly ANNOYED again that we don't know if this is a boy or girl!!! It IS going to be a long 4 months! :) Love you girl - and love that baby too!
