So an ounce for the baby, a pound for you...good thing it's not REALLY that ratio forever, or when you have a 7 lb baby (which is 112 ounces), you'd gain 112 pounds - that would REALLY be rough!!! :) I don't really believe that you've gained that - I don't see it at ALL!!! You look incredible!

That baby has to have enough water to swim around in, plus you don't even look like you've gained any weight.
