this weekend

this weekend. not much earth-shattering to speak of, yet so much has gone on. it's been a good one. and a 3 day one! those are always the best!
-bowling night at Rebekah's school on Friday night - walked up there, free, does it get much better??
-ran 8.6 miles on Saturday! and felt great
-went out to dinner Sat night (thanks mom and dad!) - so fun to spend time alone with Pat
-celebrated mom's birthday Sun nite (no pics - what was i thinking?? i was ENJOYING)
-today, went to the Air and Space Museum...the kids liked it
-also got some chores done (Pat even brought the ladder in and cleaned the ceiling fans that are like 12 feet in the air! that's been on the "list" for months!)
-ate lots of yummy food
-took a couple naps
-played games and "car race" with the kids
-watched lots of football yesterday!
-cut 4 inches off Rebekah's hair! (it looks cute, she's been asking for it to be cut for weeks)
-working on a couple projects that will be on-going: window treatments for the dining room and making my blog from 2007 into a book (i love projects, just so you know!)

now this is when i start getting sad. the afternoon is winding down...and the week is looming over us. it'll be fine once we're up and moving tomorrow - it's just anticipating it.
