also changed the title. this song is why. listen to it. i tried for 3 hours last night to make a slideshow with MY pictures to this song, but couldn't figure it out. so, just watch the beautiful girls that sing it.

you have to make the picture smaller before you upload it.
Microsoft Picture Manager (if you are using microsoft) has an option on there for 'web sized' photos.
if that's not enough instruction, let me know.
also, how did you do the picture in the first place? I love the black and white to color!

ok, one more tip that might help.
after you make your picture smaller and save it, open it in paint (or some equivalent) and add your 'title/words' using paint.
then, when you upload your photo select photo INSTEAD of title.
clear as mud?
that will center your picture and get your words on there.
