thanksgiving calories

heard on the radio that the average American consumes 4500 calories on Thanksgiving Day...and i will be burning only about 600 running the 10k that morning. hmmmm...can't WAIT for all that yummy food! :-)

Seriously? 4500? That's amazing! I'm so excited for all the food anyways! :) Even if I am only running 4 that morning!
