the Lander's

i think i've mentioned this family before. i just CAN'T get them off my mind and heart and am asking you for your prayers for them. they (Jody and Andy) left yesterday morning to travel to Sierra Leone, Africa, to meet their son and daughter for the first time. They left behind 4 of their sons with Jody's parents. They will be there a week...and will "officially" adopt them while they are there in the eyes of Sierra Leone. There's so much "red tape" and "rules" that they will have to come home and then travel back in 2 months to then bring the twins home. So much going on there...so many emotions. BUT, I've been amazed...touched...changed by their obedience to do what they believe God has called them to do. I've adored Jody's honesty in all that they've been through. They stepped out in faith and God has met their every need so far. It's been amazing to watch and I fully believe it is only going to get more amazing. Keep them in your prayers.
