i feel like a rock band is playing drums inside my head. and like someone took a hammer to every muscle in my body. i really don't like being sick.
guess i'm not running 9 miles today - since i can hardly walk from one room to the other without going into a coughing fit. i'm going to try to take it easy and get better as soon as possible - that's hard for me.

You'd BETTER not run today - take it easy!! (I know, I know). Be thankful it's the weekend and you can let Pat take over!!! Get better soon!!! (And by the way, 9 miles? You're unbelievable!! Are you training for a 1/2 marathon?
