this is watching football yesterday afternoon - not posed or anything - this is how they were really sitting. i love it.

i'm SERIOUSLY feeling better this morning. my run felt good. i'm full of energy and ready to tackle my lists around the house. it's cold outside - first morning running with gloves and hats - love fall!
