last night and tonight this was my dinner. i got home from random errands in the late afternoon and my dinner is sitting, warm, in grocery bags on my front step. i joined a "dinner group" - this term can mean many different things. in our case, this is how it works. there are 4 of us. each of us has 1 night of the week that we make dinner for all 4 families. my night is wednesday. we'll see if i still love it after tomorrow night ;-) we're trying it for 4 weeks to see how everyone likes it. so far, i love it. my kids have loved the food, it's been the perfect amount, and dinner is over in less than 15 minutes, AND no clean-up! wow!

Boy do I need the dinner fairy! I know of several people who do this and they are going on four years now! They love it! I hope it works out for you. It will definitely make dinner hour easier.
