i can't do it
i can't throw my old camera away. i've tried to a couple times, and i can't. i mean, it's TOTALLY dead...but there were too many memories captured with that thing. i'm not normally one to keep something that's worthless...but i'm going to have to hold on to it for at least a little while.

I hold onto to sentimental things that have no purpose other than cluttering up my house until I get into a cleaning frenzy and everything goes all at once because I can't stand it any longer...then, of course, I will get the inevitable question from Bob..What did you do with (fill in the blank)?
I told my friend Beth about your sad situation. She still hasn't thrown her old camera away either!!! It's still sitting in her office - can' say goodbye yet either!
