joshua working hard to get water to bring up to his "hole" that he hug. he's been a lot braver in the water than earlier in the summer.

dinner...breakfast for dinner - yum!
we have 10 adults and 6 kids here now. 3 more adults arrive tomorrow. the house is amazing. everyone is doing well (meaning the kids are sleeping pretty good.) we're hoping the weather holds out for us. but we've had 2 awesome days, so we can't complain!

Mrs. Ayers with Bailey. Bailey was getting VERY cranky earlier (she had gotten a lot of sand in her face/eyes/etc) and was getting on my last nerve. Leah very wisely removed Bailey from me - and took her down to the water. we needed a little space! ;-)
getting geared up for dinner here. the kids are just waking up from naps. the guys played tennis this afternoon. the girls hung out by the pool and had some nice conversation. we are having a great time...obviously.
i'll keep trying to update as the week goes on.

Looks like a blast so far! I was so relieved that Gabrielle stayed away on Sunday! Hopefully the weather will continue to be great - it's supposed to cool down into the 70s here later this week. We're going to head to the pool this afternoon to enjoy it while we can! :)
