we're at the pool. for the second time today. i swam my laps (12! which is 600 meters, by the way.) then was playing with the kids. joshua decided to "swim a lap" (with his floaties on) but he DID kick his way across and back...50 meters! when he finished he said, "can i spit water out of my mouth now?" WHAT?!? i said, "why would you think you could do that?" he said, "because that's what you do." right.
